Okay here was the reason I asked.... I have the old 2.8 stroke Crank and was
playing over at the engine shop... Seems a 305 has a bore of 3.73-9 and
that might make a fun E motor... okay it's a chevrolet... which means it's
cheap and the Altered Record for Fuel is 202.... which for me is around 375
to 400 rear wheel Hp...
If the motor made say 300 hp or even 250 I think we have the Nitrous
technology to set that record as well... if the block was laying in the
corner of the trailer and All Else fails.... Keep in mind to even try this
we would have gone through Two D Motors and I am not sure there would be
time enough for a 3rd motor swap.... it was just a fun thought.... I can see
the Plug and Play engine being replaced as quickly as the Plug and Play
Driver....
the crank still needs to be turned to be usable and once that is
accomplished I am not wild about the idea of spinning it to 9000+ Rpm....
but in an E Motor with a limit of say 84-8500 rpm... it might be fine...and
Those Blocks are DIRT cheap.... What would we be out here if the crank
failed...

stuff... Geez that would take all the fun out of it...
