Dick.. that is the only Rule so far in the ECTA Two club.... 
Set a record over two hundred Miles per hour... at an ECTA sanctioned Meet
and your in... Period...no more rules....

We are giving a Free T-shirt for First timers and hope to have the New
T-shirts available by the next Meet.... John has set me up with a Basic
start as the Club Chairman.... but I want to offer some more things to the
few folks that have made it to Two bills on that Concrete Mile.... you
would be surprised at how tough it is.... Keith
