I hve some great news-
My car occasionally slips out of 3rd gear. Hooray. Such a drag as my synchros
and everything else feel great.
Someone suggested draining the fluid and refilling with ATF which sounded
strange to me. I would have thought try a synthetic fluid and that manual
trans fluid is a vastly different weight than ATF. Anyone have thoughts?
Anyone, please feel free to send me the name of your favorite transmission
builder as I plan on purchasing a core and sending it to someone.
Also what should one expect to pay for a core?
