New owner of 1966 1600 race car

I bought Alan Drobnak's 1600 last week and trailered it home from Denver
to Portland.  The car is in what appears to be great shape.  I know I
will need to retune the Mikuni's as they are set up for the mile high
city and Portland sits at about 300 feet.  Can someone point me in the
right direction as far as instructions on carb tuning?
