Been done, at least on one wild and crazy Roadster.  I saw the car at
Shasta, and although I don't know if it's the only way to do it, the
front of the head was cut off and the timing belts were exposed.  The
car was also supercharged.

I HAD a few pictures of this car on my PictureTrail site, but they seem
to have thrown away all my pictures.  If they come back, they're in the
