Sid,

Don't believe what you see. There are too many variables and many paints
because of the types of pigments they use cannot be accurately captured. The
print colors can also be way off. The only way to accurately portray the
color is to use a "pantone" system in the photos and with your monitor and
even then it may not be accurate because of the way the film sees the
pigments.

I worked as a photo tech for many years doing work for magazines, clothing
designers, advertisers etc. - take my word for it. By the time the image
reached the printed page it was way off.
