You can pick up a small used bench grinder for pretty cheap, maybe $50 or so.
Usually they have a grinder wheel and a wire wheel already on them. Just
switch out one of the wheels for a buffer wheel. You buff on the edge of the
wheel, so get a large one that is kind of stiff and wonn't deflect too much
when you put pressure on the edge. You're going to be pushing pretty hard
against the edge of the wheel as it's spinning. Turn it on, rub off some
polishing compound on the wheel and go to town.
