The "E2" is an OLD BULB. These were the TUNGSTEN HEADLIGHTS
of the 1960's. Predates the Halogen bulbs by a few years.
Locating tab on those bulbs were not the same as the H4.
I had seen them in both 6V and 12V bulbs on the old 356
Porsche in the USA.
I'd replace them with the more modern H4 lights. I have
Cibie (old stock) on the '68 2000. Hella's on the '67 2000.
Much better night lighting.
I'd hand on to bulbs/headlights... neat item for someone
doing a full restoration of a 1960's vintage rally vehicle!
Egad... getting older! Bought my first vehicle 25 years ago!
I remember replacing the old headlights with the new
"quartz-iodine" items after the first night TSD rally. ;-)
