Hello all,
One of the guys at work lost a couple of roadsters and he is looking for
them. Here's the story. They were last seen in Hesperia California at a shop
called "Ott's Precision" in 1980. He left them there for some restoration
work when he got PCSed (military for transferred) to Florida. By the time he
got back the shop was out of business and no cars to be found. I suspect the
shop owned got a mechanics lien and sold them when the business failed. If
anyone on the list knows where these cars are or what happened to Ott's
Precision he would appreciate the info. The serial #s are SRL31100160 (yes,
a 67.5 2L #160 off the assembly line) and SRL31107749 (a 69 or 70 2L). If
either of these cars are still around and better still for sale he would be
very happy.
