unresolved Liability issues

Daniel & Shauna and list,

  Just what does " there seems to be some unresolved liability issues at this
time." really mean.  I often set up events for OROC and was not aware of any
liabilities involved.  Do I need to start getting liability release forms and
notes from mummy to pacify the lawyers out there just for a car club gathering?
  I don't want to start a lawyer bashing chain letter but I guess I should be
aware of what I might be held accountable for on one of these trips.
