I've decided to go with a set of rebuilt carbies (polished/rebushed/glass beaded new jet/needles etc etc) from a place called Burlen Fuel Systems in the UK. They seem knowledgable and v. competitive cost wise. For a core exchange of my SUs there charhing only #110 bps or about $180. This seems very good compared to the $350 I've been quoted for the same work on my carbs. Of course, I'll let you all know what happens! Marcus |
