First of all, have you dirven a GT6 before?  If not, remember that the brakes 
take a LOT more force to operate in that car than most others  (I end up 
putting my Volvo almost on its nose after driving my 6 for a while....) - but
they will stop the car REALLY fast when you get used to them...

Second, if the car has been sitting for a couple of years, it would be a really
good idea to change the fluid....

Another standard problem...  If you have the Delco distributor, good luck...
