No comments about Apple Hydraulics, but...
I have never found it necessary to send these parts out.  MGB kingpin kits
are relatively inexpensive and include the bushes that go into the swivel
assembly. All you really need is someone to ream out the bushes to fit the 
pins. I have found that a reputable local brake/suspension shop is capable
of doing this. If you have a good drill press and clamp stand, Moss sells
the reamer for about $200. I think I was charged about $25 last time I
had this done.
