I like to also plan somewhat for when the breakdown is unrepairable, at least
by me alone; therefore (depending on how hostile the territory is :-) I'd
put in some high-energy snack food and liquids (e.g. candy bars, Gatorade).
A portable Citizens Band radio (or whatever the Australian equivalent might
be) is useful if there's someone else within a few miles who might hear you.

Regarding the list of supplies, I'd add some gasket sealer in a tube. Perhaps
also flares, a big spot/flood light and some first-aid stuff -- bandages, etc.
