More Brit->American terms

          I know this string was tied up (!) awhile ago, but
     I came across a few more this weekend while studying
     the Riley's shop manual. Although they may be a bit
     dated, I thought I'd throw them out & see if anyone
     recognizes them;

     -Simmonds nut
     -drag
     -cardan shaft
     -light (easy one)
