        Cooling the fuel has a dramatic effect on power. Some forms of
racing allow 'cool cans' which is a coffee can with a fuel line spiraled
through the middle and filled with ice. I don't remember all the reasons
why this works, but I do remember it being rather spectacular. It is not
legal in SCCA racing, though I think some drag racing groups allow it.
