Thanks for all the responses!!!!   I did check into the Edelbrock at A.Z. 
since they had one prominently on display.  They told me that one was not 
made for the 360 with an Automatic.  If anyone has any info that says 
otherwise, please let me know.  I would probably just like to be able to 
bolt a carb on and rebuild the other one at some later date (or in the next 
lifetime).
