Greg,

I'm fighting my doors also. There are only a couple of things I can
think of:

1. Try blocking the back of the door so that when you tighten the bolts the
   door can't slide rearwards.

2. Are your hinges perfectly flat?

3. Are your hinges parallel with respect to each other? To test
this, you can loosen the bolts, holding the hings and raise and lower
the door by hand. This will allow the hinges to wiggle and become parallel
to one an other. I'm not sure if you need to do this at the roof and
then again at the door, but I would.

4. Do you have the hinges in the correct way? At the roof - I think the slots
go fore and aft, and at the door the slots should go in and out.

5. Could the door be twisted? Don't know how to check this.

Hope this helps.

John
