I don't know what relay they're using on the electric pumps (I've still
got one of the original vacuum pumps on mine) but new Lincoln
Continentals and LS's have a nice relay made by Siemens used
to power the ABS motors for their traction control. It is an independent
unit and is mounted right on the top center of the radiator. It is 
automotive grade and is rated for 28amps continuous.
