I got my foam from the "Foam Rubber Outlet" in Frederick, MD. You may
also try an upholstery shop (home type not automotive) as a source. The
only color I found available was white but the people at the store told
me I could dye or spray paint it.  You will also want to get some 1/2"
thick foam so that you can cut a new seal for around the top of the
heater box.  I fashioned a couple of metal plates and attached a piece of
aluminum dryer vent between them to make the connection between the
heater and the evaporator boxes. It was much easier than realignment.
