Oakland Plan B

I see in this mornings paper that the Oakland A's proposed plan B places 
a new baseball-only park on the existing Coliseum north lot and a 
parking structure on the lot we use. Their original plan, which was 
announced publicly two weeks ago, and which places everything north of 
66th with construction of a new BART station and extensive mixed use 
development, is not within the political will of the city within the 
time constraints of the A's current lease.
