I am not aware of any tires with a treadwear rating of 120 or 130.
The lowest treadwear tires I know of other than "R" tires have a
rating of 140. They include:

Bridgestone RE71, S-02
Pirelli PZero
Michelin Pilot SX MXX3

I noticed that the Z06 Corvette comes with a Goodyear tire model which
is not listed on Goodyear's web site. I wonder if there might have
been cases in the past where unique original-equipment tire models
have treadwear ratings below 140.

STX is a new street tire class with rules between STS and SM. STR is
being dropped.
