I think that replacing the down pipe and mono converter will give you 30
H.P. and still pass smog.  The factory down pipe is very poorly designed.
The exhaust gasses come out of the turbo and have to make an immediate
right hand turn through this cast square manifold.  If you replace it with the
one from Tri-Point it will really help alot.
