Okay, perhaps my eyes were once again bigger than my stomach.  Imagine that.
And for those who know me, that means they are damn BIG!  ;^)  One thing you
can never accuse me of however is being a sheep.  I love to jump in the deep
end.

I'll admit that I was wrong.  But not completely.  Irrelevant?  Far from it.
Fair use still allows me to copy and reproduce a literary work witout
permission, if you can call an email that with a straight face.

Man oh man, have we really become such a bullshit sue-happy society, worried
that someone else may use the same sentence fragments that they used, that
now folks insist upon bringing email into the court systems?  Like a wise
man once said, kill the lawyers first.
