a year to comply with various things, including sound
control.

Okay let's hear from somebody besides Dennis or Kevin. Yes or No in SFR
are P & M cars allowed to run EVERY SCCA sanctioned event that a stock
or SP car is.
If yes, end of discussion. If no why the heck not? If Maybe it's makes a
lot of sense that another sanctioning body would exist.
