No, towing speed is whatever for the tow vehicle. On our Interstates,
there is only one speed limit (no lower truck speed or night speed).
You'll get blown off by double-pup semis hammering down.

(And Cilli, I know of no double fines for violations while towing). But
speeding in work zones just went to something like triple fines. And if
you are stopped without your belts latched, you get ticketed for that
too.

Watch out for one thing. Speed limit in Colorado I-70 is 75, when you
cross into Kansas it drops to 70. I've seen the troopers out by Goodland
have a field day catching Colorado cars in the first 5-10 miles of
Kansas. Set your cruise to 72 and leave it there.
