That's the way I understood it as well. Take a look at Aaron Miller's Neon.
It has a transplant and does excellent. I'll be in the mix next year with a
86 Civic Si with a B16A (168hp) Honda japanese spec motor. I think the class
is moving in the right direction. More and more are showing up to our events
and the "rice boys" are finally feeling like they have a fair place to play.
The only thing that still sets them apart is the R tire thing though. But,
they still love the class more than any other.
