Russ, and the other 2 drivers of his car, all received a 1sec penalty for
the timing being out of spec. There were a few other issues with the car as
well that he had to correct, ie..inner fender was missing, and lower chin
spoiler. So the penalty dropped him from 1st to 8th after day one, he
climbed back up to 4th by day 2. He is appealing the protest, so it still is
not final.
