I really don't know where did you get this one from. I drove few and I was
driven in some of them and they can burn those tires at will. They where
all manual though, and that makes a lot of difference, but still.

Even stock (pre 99) Mustang will spin its tires in first and second
(probably third one as well) at the drag strip with drag racing radials.
And they have 225 HP or so. Here we are talking about pony cars with over
300HP and over 300 ft-lbs.

Well, I am really no expert at all when those cars are in question. But I
do know this. Those RX7s are lighter than anything else that comes with V8
engine (and we are talking 500 or more pounds, 1/2 sec on the quarter
mile). I have newer drove one, but Andy B. gave me a ride ones, and it was
scary. The way those cars turn and the way those cars stop is just
amassing.

Also, I would not use volume of this car as something to compare to others.
This is the only one with a rotary engine and they are different beast to
start with. Two cylinders are 6 in fact and volume should be at least three
times more than speced one. Plus, they have a two turbos.

And, I was not complaining about lack of torque. Even with a boost
controller and something crazy like 25 psi of boost, my car would make
slightly over 300 ft-lbs. And that is still max torque while I am on the
boost after 3500 RPMs. You guys have over my max torque around 2k RPM
already. Those are the facts and I can not change them here.

What I am trying to change is proposal like the one that brought this chain
of posts here. Right now my car is underdog in ESP and this proposal is
just gona make things even worse than they are right now (which is also
true for a lot of other turbo cars in SP). Except if snows :)
