Never use silicone. You should use a regular auto body "seem filler" available at you local auto paint supplier. I just did mine last week. It's not possible to get the calking gun in a couple of the spots where the factory laid down the crack gravy but a little "artist" ingenuity, and laying it on the end of you finger and it can be done. Much neater than the factor too. Paul |
