I recently purchased a hood for my SV, and have the old one to sell. My
cousin is doing my body work for me and told me the old one is fixable,
but as he is doing the work gratis, I wanted to have him do as little
work of that nature as possible. He said it would be quite a few hours
work (and he is very talented).
His description is that the hood has an eyebrow dent on the outside
where it appears someone sat on it; on the inside the outer skin is
dented in and appears to have a tear in it. The inner structure also
has a small dent in it.
On the upside, it appears to have no rust.
I have a really great wooden crate that the seller of my new hood built
to ship it in, soooo, its ready to go. I would like $50 for the hood
and split the cost of the crate at $15, for $65 plus freight from
Louisville KY.
