Fron Brake Calipers

As I get ready to finish the last touches on this front end for the series 3 I 
was looking at those nasty calipers and thinking....
Well, actually they look pretty good, and they are dry!  What's the story on 
rebuilding these babies.  Sending them out I was quoted $80.00 per piston 
(meaning 160.00 per claiper) lifetime waranty.
That's pretty spendy.  Anyone rebuilt their own?
