In addition to the diesel oils, there are oils sold for motorcyle use that
carry the SG API rating - these still have ZDDP to. For example, if you
are a Castrol person, you can get this oil. It's not cheap oil, like $1.29
at Walmart, but it has that additive. Other motorcycle oils are SG.

But it's looking like specialty oils are the way to go. Either that or
"we" need roller cams. :-)

I'm just adding another data point.
