Greetings. 

The '73 TR6 is the only true "clean" rear bumper out
there.  No holes on the top for the plate lights, none
on the bottom for the Triumph badge.  The early '74
was kind of clean too but had sections cut out of the
center section for the overriders to mount over.  

And the '74.5 is not the true advent of the rubber
overrider.  Mine is CF18928, built in February 1974
and had them (long gone now). The '74.5 was when the
bumpers were raised to meet U.S. specs (no more need
for cutouts on the chrome) and the directional lights
were put below the front one.
