brake booster

In fact, I once owned a 1980 Chevrolet Monza 4 cylinder automatic coupe which 
had power steering, front disc brakes, and no power brake booster.  And I 
will agree with Vance that the lack of a brake booster made pedal effort 
excessively high.  I got used to it, but never made that mistake again.

BTW, the build quality and durability of my Monza made my 1970 TR6 look like 
a Mercedes (or at least a Toyota)!
