One-offs are expensive, but after looking at pics of the U20 timing sprockets, I can't help but think that they wouldn't be all that difficult to fabricate. In fact, one could probably improve on the

Just got a reply from a gentleman at Clevite. He searched their obsolete warehouse stock for timing gears but no joy. He said that tooling up for a run would require at least 1000 units. :^( Oh well!
