- Fresh gas is a good idea. Carb cleaner can help clean some stuff up. 24V is likely to kill something. I would have squirted Marvel Mystery Oil into all 4 cylinders first, it's still not too late to

- If you didn't drain the old gas before you added new that could be some of the problem.I've been there before and it's much easier to start with all fresh stuff.A new gas filter wouldn't hurt either.

- Add to thatnew spark plugs and wires, and a cap and rotor if they don't look really good. Also points. Makes a huge difference... Toby
