Recently when i start up the Spitfire, the jet on the bottom of one of the Carbs sticks. It will stay down after i release the choke cable. Does this make any sense? Any quick fixes for this? Any sug

I assume this is for a SU carb set. Obviously, you should make sure all the moving parts are clean and lubricated, and the springs are not broken, etc. Also make sure the jets themselves are not badl

I had the same problem with one of my rebuilt SU's this past spring. I did centre the needle but the jet still would not return all the way once the choke was released. On the advice of my local lbc
