The subject pretty much says it all. I assume people were going with 225's if they would fit on a 7.5" rim. And, I figure the smaller diameters were better... maybe like a 225/45r15 or 225/50r15. But

Looking at the RE71 tech page, the 205's are 7.5" wide at the tread, 8.0" overall, the 195's are 7.2" and 7.7", respectively. It's really odd that the 225/55r16 is 7.3" at the tread, 225/50r16 (my s

Actually both first and second place Subaru's were on 205/50 tires. Brian Priebe's KD' are 17's and my 712's are 16's. I have a set of 225/45/16 712's but my testing showed the 205/50 tires are faste

Good luck on finding lightweght 15x7.5 rims. The only ones that I’ve found are Volks ($350+ ea) or newly re-introduced Ronal rims ($150 and 17 lbs.) David Avard Settled on light 15x7 rims
