I couldn't resist making a few comments about the track at Bathurst which is located about 120 miles inland from Sydney. The track was first used in 1938 and has been used since then except for the

I don't know which make of helicopter you prefer Don, but there is nowhere in the SF Bay area which is 15 minutes from Sears Point, 90 mins from Laguna and 120 mins from Thunderhill, by road.

I live in the Bay Area, and if you add 1 hr to these times, they're not far from wrong. I would also toss in 5 hrs to Reno which has a new facility. The 7 1/2 to L.A. would also get you to Vegas. Eve
