- I've narrowed down the trouble to rust in the tank! With a long magnetic tool I'm picking up rust every time I go fishing from the top of the tank. My plan is to drain the tank and NOT pull it out.

- if you really have rust in the tank, i'm not sure how you can correct without pulling and coating the insides or replacing alltogether. sounds like you're delaying the inevitable.....my 2 cents. Tom

- I had nothing but trouble from very fine rust in the tank. It wasn't just in the tank but clogging the short metal line from the tank output. I removed and cleared that, but it had clogged the first

- OK . . . I pulled the gas tank today and it's in the shop. I don't know what else more I can do if this fix doesn't correct the problem. I'll let you guys know in about a week. Al Graffam 74 CT ps .
