- It actualy should accelerate from about 1000 RPM up in 4th smooth, but not with full power (the good torque beginns at about 2000 RPM's). I've got this problem with my TR6 (carb.) too. This is mostl

- Well, gee, maybe. But it sure shouldn't have to! Carefully orchestrated movements of left foot pedal and right hand (ok, left hand if you're in a *real* lbc) will do away with 4th_gear/1750_rpm accel
