- Bill and list, did you know that Jaguars use the cloosest cylinder to the firewall as #1?!? My LBM (taught me most things automotive) taught me this, having learned it the hard wa y many a year ago.

- I think it's always the front cylinder, closest to the water pump. Of course I have been known to have missed the subtleties of British engineering humor in the past. :-)
