Hi Steven, Most aftermarket oil pans come power coated, usually just the outside surface. It will definatly hold up to the heat in most cases, except headers. Then go for ceramic coating. The finish

POWER PAINT WILL STAND THE HEAT AND OIL IF PROPERLY "COOKED OUT". 2) Typically, the way powder coating works ( I think), the inside of INSIDE WILL BE COATED ALSO, NO PROBLEM IF SUPER CLEAN SO A ADHES
