Steve, I'm probably missing something ... why won't a TR3 bolt do ? It is a standard, tho not terribly common thread, 3/4 UNF as I recall. So one approach would be to measure what you need and order

Be careful about using the correct Fan Hub Extension. Two types were fitted to the TR4A, one for metal fans (pt# 128318) and one for the plastic fan (pt# 142121). I recall some frustrated listers at
