OK, I'll take a stab here. They are adjustable, but you have to pull the cam and sert/remove shims under the lifters. So, in essence, I guess they aren't adjustable. BUT you can get the shims at a S

I believe that the battery is supposed to be a 24NF, at least that was the one that Interstate Battery called out for a '76. Only problem is that the 24NF is no longer available from them. Allen Bren
