- Factory turbos use something like 10-15 psi boost with 7-8:1 comp. 5-7 psi is good on a stock engine, unless you go to lower compression. For cfm, figure: displacement (in cu.ft.) x max rpm / 4 = mi

- Oil is the required form of lubricant, per the manual. The grease nipple was typically a PO-installed fitting. I believe all Spitfires came with a small bolt to plug the hole. At least mine did. Dav

- You don't have a sway bar on the rear, do you? If someone has added one, it can tilt the car if the bushings clamps are tightened while the car is up on jacks. Same is true of a front bar. Try loosen
