Interesting point about the "less heavy density" rad. When I enquired about getting a rad made for my car, I was told to go with the 4-core, staggered (meaning the cores are off-set behind each other

I believe this rad is similar to one Bruce Mills has installed in his car. I think he visits this list. IIRC, he said his was out of an early Ford Falcon (probably the same/similar to the Mustang). N

When I built my V8, I used the RB column and it's associated turn/wiper switch (integrated style). That was easy enough but hooking it up to the early 70's wiring took a bit more time. As Jim states;
