Greetings All! Last lear when returning from Europe in the PA, one of the little clutch adjustment screws sheared off at the lock nut. We replaced it and re-lined the clutch and set everyting up OK.

Although I am not familiar with the PA it seems to me that you could use grade 8 hardware of the same profile that you have. Possible you have grade 2 or 4 installed now. Grade eight is very strong.

I stripped the diff apart to check for excess rotation of the prop shaft. Diff seems fine, 5.375 ratio, extra rotation appears to be due to very looose axle to hub joint. So now I need to install a

Hi Bob, I found my replacements at the local Harley Davidson shop. Thought I had stock # but I've lost it. The end dia. is slightly larger but I secured with black plastic tie and you can't see it. C

That was typical in the old days..........try these VW part number 311 713 269 B ....somewhere recently I saw a picture of how to fit them. Takes two for each cable and you will need to make a "fid"
