Although I am not familiar with the PA it seems to me that you could use grade
8 hardware of the same profile that you have. Possible you have grade 2 or 4
installed now. Grade eight is very strong.

  Last lear when returning from Europe in the PA, one of the little clutch
  adjustment screws sheared off at the lock nut.  We replaced it and re-lined
the
  clutch and set everyting up OK.  Then, a couple of weeks ago, the same
thing
  happened again.  It strikes me that the Allen Key adjusting screw  isn't
  probably original to '34 MG.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
